To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached (no odor, wear, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/odor, alterations to the items, cigarette smoke, etc.). All returns made within the allotted time period will receive shop credit. Shop credit can be used on any item at any time. Returns of shoes must be completed with the box and show absolutely no signs of wear. Please see below the time allotment whether your item was shipped or purchased for local pickup.
For shipped items, all items must be returned to me within 7 days from the date your item is delivered. If the 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t accept a return on your item(s). If an item is returned that is outside the return window, it will be shipped back to purchaser at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser will have 1 week to pay the shipping fee before item is donated. When completing returns within the allotted time, I recommend to use a shipping provider with tracking information. USPS is a great option for this!
PLEASE NOTE!! If your original order qualified you for a free shipping promotion and you return any or all items from your purchase, you will receive shop credit for your merchandise minus the cost of shipping the original order.
All Items shipped international and APO are not eligible for return.
**If you choose local pickup at checkout, you have 7 days from the date your order is placed to complete your return. Pickup is arranged as soon as possible to ensure return time doesn’t lapse before item is picked up. You can email Brittany at Gunthers2015@gmail.com to arrange pickup as well as drop off of your return item. Returned items must be dropped off by the end of the 7th day.
All returns will receive a shop credit code to use at checkout. You will be able to use this code to purchase the same item in a different size or for purchasing a different item.
All sale items, giveaway items, pre-order items, jewelry, accessories, intimates (such as bralettes) and gift cards are non-returnable. Shoes must be returned in the original box with the box in the same shape received. Any promo that meets or exceeds 20% off an item deems the item as a sale item and therefore is final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Rejections will only occur if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Once approved, your shop credit will be processed and a credit code will be given to you to use on a future purchase.
I stand behind my products, and thoroughly inspect each items prior to shipment, however, something may slip by. If you receive a defective item, please take a picture and send it in a message or email. Normal wear and tear is NOT considered defective, and will not be accepted. Errors while washing will also not be clause for defective items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of either delivery (shipped items) or order date (pickup items). Items are not eligible to be claimed as defective once worn and/or tags are removed. Return of the defective item must be completed within 7 days of delivery of item (shipped) or of the date the order was placed (pickup).
Care & Use
For optimal wear, I recommend to hand wash your items and lay flat to dry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I highly suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
If you select local pickup and need your order shipped, you will be responsible for shipping. I will send this on a separate invoice. If you fail to take care of shipping due to negligence, your order will be donated. I will not refund orders with improper shipping selection.
As we try to turn around orders as soon as possible, orders will not be eligible for cancellation for any reason.
More than 3 returns in a 30 day period is considered excessive and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your stop credit.
Giveaway Credits for $15 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $30. Giveaway Credits for $20 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $40. Giveaway Credits for $25 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $50.
