Shipping is FREE over $35! All orders ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday and as soon as possible for orders placed over the weekend! Please refer to our return policy regarding questions on return shipping and any other extensive shipping details! Reach us at for any other shipping questions.

Please remember that we are a small business. I kindly request that you do not ask to be made an exception of any of these policies.


Thank you for choosing Rugged Charm Boutique!! Please know our return policy is set in place to protect our pricing, customers, and boutique! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached (no odor, wear, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/odor, alterations to the items, cigarette smoke, etc.). All returns made within the allotted time period will receive shop credit. Shop credit can be used on any item at any time. Returns of shoes must be completed with the box and show absolutely no signs of wear. Please see below the time allotment whether your item was shipped or purchased for local pickup.

All returns must be delivered to the return address within 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you. If the 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t accept a return on your item(s). Please do NOT ask to return anyway. If an item is returned that is outside the return window, it will be shipped back to purchaser at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser will have 1 week to pay the shipping fee before item is donated. When completing returns within the allotted time, I recommend to use a shipping provider with tracking information. USPS is a great option for this! 

All Items shipped international and APO are not eligible for return.

All returns will receive a shop credit code to use at checkout. Please indicate with your return if you would like this to be a website code or automatic app discount. You will be able to use this code to purchase the same item in a different size or for purchasing a different item.

All sale items, giveaway items, pre-order items, jewelry, accessories, intimates (such as bralettes), shoes, swim suits, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please see website descriptions for sizing information on applicable items before purchasing. 

ANY purchase made through a sale or discount promotion is final sale.

Shop Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Rejections will only occur if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Once approved, your shop credit will be processed and a credit code will be given to you to use on a future purchase either via website or app. 

Defective Items

I stand behind my products, and thoroughly inspect each items prior to shipment, however, something may slip by. If this happens to you, I sincerely apologize!! If you receive a defective item, please take a picture and email the claim to Normal wear and tear is NOT considered defective, and will not be accepted. Errors while washing will also not be clause for defective items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of either delivery (shipped items) or order date (pickup items). Items are not eligible to be claimed as defective once worn and/or tags are removed. You will need to send us an email at and send your item to: 1448 E 2100th Street Camp Point IL 62320. Return of the defective item must be completed within 7 days of delivery of item (shipped) or of the date the order was placed (pickup).

Care & Use

For optimal wear, I recommend to hand wash your items and lay flat to dry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I highly suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information.


Orders are not be eligible for cancellation for any reason.

Pre-Order Items

I highly encourage all preorder items to be purchased separate of in stock items. Orders will not ship until the entire order is complete. Items ordered WITH preorder items and therefore held until the preorder arrives will NOT be eligible for return. 

Excessive Returns

More than 3 returns in a 30 day period is considered excessive and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your stop credit.

Giveaway Credits

Giveaway Credits for $15 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $30. Giveaway Credits for $20 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $40. Giveaway Credits for $25 must be used on an order with a minimum subtotal of $50
